What You Do:

1. Cut paper in strips and roll to make a circle, put tape on outside/opposite side of paper

2. Tape to children - on backs, arms, chest, legs, etc.(leaving one side of tape facing out)

3. Teach the children "stop-drop-roll"

4. Have the children stop, then drop, then roll until the paper "fire" has come off from them
